STORE POLICIES

GENERAL SHOP INFORMATION:

○ We gladly accept payment at checkout via PayPal or credit card

○ Custom orders and bulk order quantities are available upon request

○ All products are assembled by hand in New Orleans, Louisiana


RETURN POLICIES:

○ Products can be returned or exchanged within (2) weeks of delivery

○ Refunds are issued after merchandise is returned in original condition

○ Please contact us before mailing any items to us for a return/exchange

○ Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs for a return/exchange

○ Some custom lamps and bulk orders (10+ items) are non-refundable

○ Some damaged international orders may require a local postal report

 All light bulbs are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged

 

SHIPPING POLICIES:

○ DOMESTIC orders ship via FedEx Smartpost (or) USPS Priority Mail

○ INTERNATIONAL orders ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail

○ Tracking information is provided for each order via email after shipment

○ Please allow 3 to 5 business days (or longer) for order fabrication

○ Orders are insured against loss/damage in-transit by Shipsurance.com

○ Buyer is responsible for all international customs and import taxes
